These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), the purchase and use of the ChaChing Panel 2 device (the "Product"), and any related services provided by ChaChing ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, purchasing the Product, or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase/use the Product.
The ChaChing Panel 2 is a physical desktop display device shaped like a cash register, with a color touch screen and a built-in speaker. It connects to your Shopify store to display real-time metrics (revenue, orders, sessions, conversion rate and live visitors) and triggers celebratory notifications, including the "cha-ching" sound, when an order lands. It can also display Instagram, TikTok and YouTube follower counts and cryptocurrency prices. It requires a Wi-Fi connection and secure OAuth authorization for connected platforms. We do not store your Shopify or social media passwords.
Purchases are processed securely via Shopify Payments. The price is a one-time payment of €99 (or equivalent), including the device, a USB-C cable, the available integrations, lifetime free software updates delivered over the air, and email support. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
We ship from Spain. EU delivery: 3–7 business days. International: 7–10 business days. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
You may return the Product within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, as described in our Refund Policy. To start a return, email info@kronoset.com with proof of purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs or damages from misuse, modifications, or force majeure.
You may use the Product only with accounts and stores you legitimately control. Prohibited uses include:
The Product's software, firmware, and updates are our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or commercial use in connection with your own store and accounts. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software.
The Product is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including real-time syncing with Shopify or other connected platforms. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, lost sales or followers, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages related to the connected integrations. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, or breaches of the terms of Shopify or the connected platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your access or use if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
We may update these Terms. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
